Mission

Train engineers who promote the generation, practice, and dissemination of knowledge at all social levels. Provide students with a solid academic background in the areas of engineering and science, as well as social and human, which enables them to perform responsibly and successfully as professionals and/or researchers in the areas of Food Engineering in the national and international context.

Vision

Being one of the excellence programs in the comprehensive training of Food Engineers, recognized for the leadership of the graduates, capable of working in multidisciplinary and innovative teams in food engineering areas, with technical and human training, according to the scientific and technological trends that promote the generation and dissemination of knowledge as agents of change for societal benefit.
